Refund Policy
At Pink Soda, we strive to provide quality products and services with every visit. Please note that we do not offer refunds, redos, or credits on any products purchased or services performed. If any adjustments are requested, we kindly ask that they be conveyed at the time of the service.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of at least 24 hours is required for any cancel or reschedule to avoid a fee of 50% of that service. Please be aware, this policy is enforced and you agree to it by accepting our terms. This policy includes sickness, travel changes and emergencies as the spot was taken by you and committed to by you. Your provider set aside time for you when they could of seen another person if you didn't come in. All no shows will be charged 100% of the service.
If you are later then 20 min for your appt we will not be able to see you and late fee charges will apply. We hope you understand :)
