Professional EYELASHEs Extensions
If eyes are windows to the soul then long, lovely lashes are the enchantresses that watch over it. They’re sexy and mysterious but make you look bright-eyed and cheerful, no matter what you may actually be feeling or how much sleep you didn’t get last night.
Women have been enhancing their lashes since antiquity, but up until the early 2000s, the two options for lengthening lashes were mascara and falsies. Eyelash extensions are a revolutionary beauty treatment that will give you lashes for days and last indefinitely with regular maintenance. We know you’ll be hooked once we get these on your face!
What to Know Before Your Appointment
Arrive a few minutes before your appointment to fill out the required forms and peruse our lovely salon
Please arrive without any eye makeup. Any residue on your lashes prevents the bond from fully attaching to the natural lash.
Avoid moisturizer around the eye.
Please avoid caffeine, as it will cause your eyes to flutter.
Inform us of any allergies or sensitivities that you may have.
After Your Appointment
Do not use mascara on your lash extensions.
Avoid oil-based products such as makeup, makeup remover, and skincare products.
Cleanse your lashes EVERY day even if you do not wear makeup. Dirt, oil, and debris build up on your lash line, so cleansing is imperative for maintaining the health of your natural lashes and extensions.
Brush your lashes daily and avoid doing so when they are wet.
Don’t pick at your lash extensions.
Don’t wear waterproof makeup. Talk to your artist about extension-safe makeup products.
Avoid heat around your eyes such as blow dryers and the oven.
No eyelash curlers.
Try to sleep on your back or side to avoid damaging your lashes.

EYELASH EXTENSION FAQ
What products are used?
Pink Soda uses high-quality products . We feel they offer the very best lashes and we are happy to pay for them on our end even though they are more expensive for us to supply than other brands. We only want the very best for our clientele!!! We carry faux mink lash extensions that are made of synthetic yarn fibers, making them very soft and light. They are a deep matte black and never lose their curl. Different curls, lengths, thicknesses, and colors are available to give each client a unique set.
Since MA has such varying weather, choice adhesives are used depending on the time of year and humidity levels. All adhesives are formaldehyde and latex free.
What’s The Difference Between The Types of Eyelash Extensions You Offer?
There are two techniques in lashing, classic and volume. Volume is also referred to as Russian Volume or 2D-6D lashes and is a technique in which handmade, customized fans are created using 2-6 delicate lashes and then applied to each lash. Volume lashes are either lighter or the same weight as one classic eyelash extension.
How Much Will Eyelash Extensions Cost?
The cost of quality eyelash extensions from a trained professional can leave you asking: “Are eyelash extensions worth it?!” Well, we like to think that you can’t put a price on waking up feeling and looking your best every day, but if you’re on the fence, please do some research online and check out reviews on the whole lash extensions process.
How Often Will I Need to Get My Lashes Filled?
To maintain the life of your lashes it is recommended that fills be done every 2-3 weeks. Clients should come in for a fill when 50% of their lash extensions have shed. Clients with less than 40% will be considered a full set.
Will eyelash extensions ruin my natural lashes?
No, this is a common misconception. As long as lash extensions are applied properly, they will not damage your natural lashes or cause premature shedding. At Pink Soda our focus is to maintain the integrity of the natural lash. To do this, we choose the appropriate length and thickness for each natural lash.
What if I Currently Have Eyelash Extensions From Another Salon?
We will not do a fill on another artist’s work. If you currently have lashes on from another artist please select new install and pick your type of lashes you love. :)
Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension trainings, certifications, and state board regulations, many lash artists have been improperly trained. At Pink Soda , our priority is your natural lash health and eye safety.
How to take care of your lashes.
During the first 24 to 48 hours
With newer glues, the curing process should be complete within the first 24 hours. However, it is safe to avoid excess water on your lashes the first 24 to 48 hours in order to ensure proper curing. Although some moisture aids in the curing of the glue, excessive amounts of water may supersaturate the glue and make it tacky and difficult to dry. During the first 48 hours, the adhesive bond is vulnerable to moisture, steam, excessive heat, cosmetic ingredients, and friction from rubbing and cleansing.
The following activities will result in a weaker bond, premature eyelash extensions loss and/or irritation, and therefore should be avoided during the first 48 hours:
Allowing direct stream of water or pooling of water to come in contact with eyelashes
Exposure to heat, steam, sauna, and friction (heat from stovetop cooking or oven use)
Application of eye and eyelash cosmetics
Receiving chemical treatments, such as eyelash tinting or perming
Receiving irritating eye-area treatments, eyebrow waxing or laser treatments.
After the first 24 to 48 hours
After the first 24 hours, although the adhesive has fully cured, persistent exposure to moisture, steam, heat, incompatible cosmetics, and friction from rubbing, sleeping on the face, and cleansing may impact the durability of the adhesive bond.
The following activities will weaken the adhesive bond and result in premature eyelash extension loss, and therefore should be AVOIDED.
Excessive exposure to heat, steam, sauna, and friction (rubbing/pulling on lashes & sleeping on face)
Use of glycol or oil-based eye care products on or near your lashes, such as eye creams, eye serums, Vaseline and cleansers
Use of waterproof mascara and eyeliner
Excessive mascara application and use of mascara not compatible with extensions
Use of mechanical curlers
Picking or pulling on your eyelashes
Excessively rubbing your eyes
The most important thing to do is to make sure you are brushing through your lashes with a clean mascara wand, properly clean your lashes with the right products and always discuss the quality of your lash health with your artist.
FULL SET $180
Classic eyelashes give the appearance of natural full eyelashes and take away the need for mascara and curlers. This service is perfect for clients who already have a lot of natural healthy lashes. Classic sets will appear more natural, however if you already have a lot of natural healthy eyelashes we can create a more dramatic set.
We start by isolating one natural eyelash at a time. Then we choose the appropriate thickness, curl and length that would best suit your desired look. At this point we apply the eyelash extensions one at a time to each of your healthy natural eyelashes. Based on the health of your natural eyelashes we have a vast range of thickness’s and lengths to help create your desired look while not disrupting your natural eyelash growth cycle.
FULL SET $260
Hybrid lash extensions are a mix of classic and volume lash extensions. They offer a thick and dense look without the uniformity and softness of a typical volume set.
FULL SET $295
Volume lashes are light, fluffy and give a much fuller look. These lashes are prefect for clients who don’t have a lot of lashes, have sparse lashes, bald spots or just want a more dramatic look. Keep in mind you can still create a very natural set.
We start by isolating one natural eyelash at a time. Then we fan out 2-6 (2D-6D) eyelash extensions to create your desired fullness. At this point we apply the handmade fan to your natural eyelash and repeat this process until your desired look has been fulfilled. Based on the health of your natural eyelashes we have a vast range of thicknesses and lengths to help create your desired look while not disrupting your natural eyelash growth cycle. For this application we use very thin lashes ranging from 0.06-0.07mm in diameter and 5mm-14mm in length.
