Pink Soda maintains the right to deny service to anyone who disrespects Pink Soda’s policies, facilities, stylists, or clients.

Sorry. We do not offer parking for our Boston and Charleston locations. There is street parking and some open lots and garages. On weekends you may want to give yourself a few extra minutes in order to find a good spot.

Consultation
Before or at the beginning of your appointment, your Pink Soda stylist will conduct a short consultation. The purpose of the consultation is to discuss the look you desire, to decide on a course of action for achieving that look, and to decide on what fabulous product line you would like to go with for the visit.

Product Return:
With a valid receipt, unopened product can be returned for a full refund within 5 days of purchase. Sorry, no refunds or in salon credit on any hair, brow, makeup services and hair treatments (including keratin treatments.)

Payment:
Pink Soda accepts credit cards, personal checks and cash. There is a $35 returned-check fee.

Please NOTE : We take online reviews very seriously. If anyone that comes in our salon goes to SM and or review boards in an effort to smear pink soda and our reputation that person will be tagged and not welcomed back in our salon in the future for liability concerns. Sadly, we have seen ladies (friends – family and paid models) being sent in from other competing salons in the effect to hurt our reputation online. 🙁 We know this to be a fact as we have been told this by employees at the salons in confidence.
