Cancellation and late cancel Policy

While we understand life happens and schedules shift, we hold your appointments just for you ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you provide us with a minimum of 12-hour notice. This way, our team professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up, however a 50% charge will be initiated on your credit card of booking for last minute calls to reschedule or cancel your appointment and a full 100% charge will be processed on those clients that no showing completely.

Please understand that any reason at all for cancelling OR rescheduling to another time and or date (after the 12 hour notice) including emergencies, “I am a loyal customer and I would like a pass” covid related testing, illness, contact, flights being cancelled, traffic ANY reason at all with hold with our policy.
We do not make any exceptions.

Regarding calls to the salon on busy days to tell us you are running behind. Calling and or leaving a message does not give a pass for being late for any reason. While we appreciate the need to want to give us a heads up that you are running late it will not change the policy that if you are later then 20 min your appt will be canceled if we are not able to see you.

Due to all the necessary changes to salon life, we have limited amounts of appointments available to service all of our customers. If last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, we regret to inform you that you may be asked to find another salon to service you.
